Q: How long does it take?
A: Our escape room takes a little more than an hour. We give you a full sixty minutes to win the room but it takes a little longer because we take complimentary photos. 

Q: Can we just walk in and play the room?
A: No, we book by reservation only. Please give us a call at 310-510-7000
 
Q: When are you open? 
A: We are open everyday of the year and answer the phone from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. We run multiple times throughout the day. Please check our booking schedule to see the available times.

Q: What is the cost to play?
A: Admission is $38 per person. Our room can accommodate up to ten players. We do not charge for children under six.

Q: What is an escape room?
A: An escape room is a group activity in which you find clues, solve puzzles, and work together to "escape" the room. Think of it like an indoor scavenger hunt. 

Q: How many people can play the room?
A: We have built the game to work best for 4-6 players but we can accommodate groups of up to ten. 
 
Q: Is your room scary?
A: No, there are no jump scares and nothing spooky. It is dark at first but we provide light sources. 

Q: Can I bring my baby into the room?
A:Yes, you can. We do not charge for children under six but we do need to be aware of them. 

Q: Can I drop my kids off?
A: No, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.  Children 16 and over must have an adult show up to sign the waiver and be available at any time if your children misbehave during game play.

Q: Do you serve food or beverage?
A: No we do not, but there are many restaurants and bars in a one minute walking distance from the room.
